1. What we collect
When you join the Bhaktars Portal we collect your name, email address and chosen username, plus the posts, images, likes and comments you create. Donation payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we never receive or store your card or bank details.
2. How we use it
To operate your account, show your posts to the community, keep the Site safe, and respond to your messages. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Storage
In this version of the Site, community data is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) on your device. When the Site moves to a hosted service, data will be stored on secured servers and this policy will be updated.
4. Cookies, ads and third parties
Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads and measure performance. Google reCAPTCHA, used to protect sign-in, collects device and interaction data under Google's own privacy policy. Stripe processes payments under Stripe's privacy policy.
5. Security
We use reasonable safeguards: user text is sanitised to prevent script injection, sign-in is protected by reCAPTCHA, and payments never touch the Site. No method is 100% secure; use a strong, unique password on your email account.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to correct or delete your account data at any time by writing to the site owner.
7. Children
The Portal is intended for users aged 13 and above.
